Humane Studies Fellowships are awarded to graduate students and outstanding undergraduates planning academic careers and engaged in liberty-advancing research. The fellowships support students in variety of fields, such as economics, philosophy, law, political science, history, and sociology.  
The French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs launched the Eiffel excellence scholarship programme in January 1999 to support French centres of higher education in their international outreach initiatives, in a context of mounting competition among developed countries, to attract elite overseas students on master's, engineering and PhD courses.

Now soliciting nominations of outstanding mid-career professionals! 

All admitted applicants at the Monterey Institute are considered for the Merit Scholarship and a separate application is not required. You must be admitted to a degree program at the Monterey Institute to qualify. Scholarship amounts range from $4,000 to $16,000 per academic year. 

The Wintrhop University International Center provides a limited number of scholarships to selected undergraduate students that wish to serve as International Center Ambassadors.

Carnegie Council Student/Teacher International Competition "Making a Difference"

 

As part of its second annual SEPTEMBER SUSTAINABILITY MONTH, the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs announces the second Annual Student Competition. This year, we are opening the Competition up to teachers as well as to students.

Five international students from Brazil, Yemen, Russia, Malaysia, and South Africa explain how EducationUSA, through the Opportunity Grant program, helped them find a U.S. college willing to provide near full funding for their studies.

International Affairs, University of Oregon awards over one million dollars in scholarships to their international students each year. Tuition, cash and work-study awards are available. Selection is based on financial need and academic merit. The earliest scholarship deadline is February 15, 2011.

Every year, Grand Valley awards a limited number of International Merit Scholarships to incoming international students who have demonstrated an outstanding academic achievement record. The value of this scholarship is $5,000 per year.

 

The Global Awareness Scholarship at Dickinson State University provides substantial tuition assistance for international students who desire to study at a progressive, student-centered American university. Eligible students may receive up to 53% of the annual out-of-state tuition rate.  The scholarship is renewable for up to 4 years and is offered on a rolling admissions deadline. 
Ukrainian 2010 business fellow Vitaliy Dubil' isn't waiting to share his Muskie experience with other Ukrainians.  In celebration of International Education week, Vitaliy collaborated with Osvita EIAC, a Ukrainian non-profit education advising center, to hold a webinar for everyone interested in studying abroad.  UNISTUDY of Kiev provided information support for the online discussion.
