FSC awards up to four visiting Sandwich scholarships to PhD students from developing countries for a period of six months in 2012. The Center wishes to attract outstanding PhD students pursuing a career in academia or development collaboration. The scholarship aims at increasing their previously gained scientific knowledge and skills relevant to food security related issues. Successful candidates will receive a scholarship for conducting PhD thesis related research studies and hence adding value to the PhD thesis and contributing to the mission of FSC.
FSC awards 10 scholarships for PhD students from developing countries (see OECD DAC list) for a period of 36 months, beginning September 01, 2012 (with a month German language course). The Center wishes to attract outstanding PhD students pursuing a career in academia or development collaboration. The scholarship aims at increasing their previously gained scientific knowledge and skills relevant to food security related issues.
The JMC Academy is offering five (5) full year undergraduate scholarships for the 2012 Academic year. * T hese scholarships cover the tuition fees for the first academic year of study in one of the JMC Academy's five Bachelor degrees. This first year is also commensurate with a one year complete Diploma course. The undergraduate scholarships are open to both Australian and International students.
The purpose of the ESED scholarship is to support outstanding students pursuing advanced studies in sustainable energy development and to encourage meaningful contributions to the collective body of knowledge about this subject.
The Reserve Bank of New Zealand offers two scholarships each year to students who are majoring in Economics, Finance or Banking and who are entering their Honours, Masters or final year of PhD study. Students must have attained at least a B+ average and be studying full time over the academic year.

UTS: Engineering offers scholarships to international students for its masters by coursework programs. Each scholarship will be awarded based solely on academic results achieved by the applicant in their undergraduate degree
The Dr John Nutt International Undergraduate Scholarship offers students the opportunity to obtain an undergraduate qualification at UTS: Engineering. The next scholarship will be awarded in 2012 to a student who commenced their BE in Autumn (Feb) 2011 or Spring 2010.
International Fellowships are awarded for full-time study or research in the United States to women who are not United States citizens or permanent residents. Both graduate and postgraduate study at accredited institutions are supported. Several fellowships are available for study outside of the U.S.
The schoalrship includes full tuition fee waiver, accommodation at International Students House, living expenses and flights to and from London.This scholarship is awarded jointly with International Students House.
The scholarships cover a period of five years, two years for studying your Master at TU/e and three years of working for the company that sponsors your scholarship or a PhD program. In this way you will also gain international work experience and increase your career opportunities. The scholarships will be awarded to highly talented international students who have an excellent academic record and a high score on the admission tests, including English proficiency. The TU/e will match your academic background and particular skills to the requirements of the organizations that fund the scholarships (TU/e and companies). You will automatically enter the selection procedure for the ALSP when you submit a complete application package before the required deadline and you are subsequently admitted to a Master program at TU/e.
These scholarships support the most outstanding students pursuing the MSc in the field of Energy and Resources. These scholarships are open for students to commence studies from February 2012.
In the College of Engineering at Utah State University, a top 4% Research Extensive University in the U.S., a brand new PhD in Engineering Education program was recently created. The graduate students come with various engineering background but sharing a common interest in Research in Engineering Education, such as studying how students learn engineering and how various new instructional strategies (such as computer simulation and multimedia) can help students better learn engineering.
5 x 50% tuition fee Scholarships each per annum, available for a maximum of four years, for any Undergraduate course in Engineering or Information Technology offered at the University of Sydney (subject to the recipient maintaining satisfactory academic progress each year). No living allowance is payable 5 x 50% tuition fee Scholarships each, available as a one-off award for any Postgraduate Coursework program in Engineering or Information Technology offered at the University of Sydney.
At the University of Leicester's College of Medicine, Biological Sciences, and Psychology we pride ourselves on the world-class status of our research. Very successful collaborations between academics and health professionals, locally, nationally and internationally ensure we excel in our pursuit of excellence in biomedical research. We are delighted to invite applications for this full-time PhD studentships, funded by the University of Leicester and the College of Medicine, Biological Sciences, and Psychology. The studentship is tenable for up to three years six months in the first instance, with the possibility of an additional six months subject to performance. The studentship will pay full-time University UK/EU tuition fees and include an annual tax-free stipend (currently £13,590). The successful applicant will be expected to commence their studies in October 2011.
The Masters in Humanities is an exciting and innovative programme that allows the student maximum opportunity to devise their own specialised programme of study in arts and humanities subjects while our Masters in Medical Humanities is an interdisciplinary degree which studies the relationship of the arts to medical practice.
The objective of this Scholarship is to enable students to undertake research which will advance understanding of a public health topic relevant to the academic interests of the late Dr Eberhard Wenzel. There is one Scholarship valued at $2000, for a student enrolled in either full or part-time study in the Master of Public Health (research option), Master of Health Services Management (Honours), Master of Nutrition and Dietetics (research option) or an Honours program with the School of Public Health. The intent of the scholarship is to support the thesis component of the student's honours or masters program of study.
